Can I mix and match sizes?
Yes absolutely! All our tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can mix sizes and styles to get your perfect fit.
How do I wash my bikini?
Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, and treat it like the gem it is. Avoid harsh detergents and never toss it in the dryer — keep her cute for seasons to come.
Shipping questions
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll get an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If not, check spam or email bikinis@tipsykini.com and we’ll confirm it for you!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location or if you have express shipping sooner! You'll get tracking info straight to your inbox when your kini is on the move.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at bikinis@tipsykini.com with your updated address!
Returns questions
Can I return or exchange my bikini if it doesn’t fit?
We’re all about the perfect fit, but please note —all bikini bottoms sales are final.We don’t offer returns or exchanges due to the intimate nature of swimwear. However bikini tops can be returned and you will receive store credit. Send us an email within 48 hours of receiving! You have up to 14 days to return.Not sure about sizing? What if I receive the wrong size or a damaged item?
That’s on us — and we’ll make it right. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at bikinis@tipsykini.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll take care of you ASAP.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
We start prepping your kini for shipping as soon as your order is placed, so we’re unable to cancel or make changes once it’s confirmed. Please double-check your order details before checkout — and if you have questions, email us right away at bikinis@tipsykini.com and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.
